Apartment Problems and Questions

Hey Y'all,

So I've had an apartment building for a while now but I have not paid much attention to it until today when I was looking at my properties. I began to look through it and noticed many walls were destroyed among other things. So I have a few questions about apartment buildings...

~Can the owner of the building fix/edit un-rented apartments?
~Is it possible to lower the price to rent the apartment?
~How can I know if I am getting money from the rents?
~Can you fine or get a player jailed for grieving the building?

2. Yes, just talk to a sr mod and +
3. Try renting your own apt and see if you lose money or not.
4. You can call a staff over, and the player will be punished accordingly.

Hey Pixel, what is the name of the apt building? I have tried to fix up as many buildings as I can in my free time and will fix up any grief that's possible.Thanks, Heather

The apartment is h31 and one part of a wool wall was destroyed on one of the floors. Also for some reason I can not edit un-rented apartments. Thanks Heather!
