When presenting such a big idea like a new city try to elaborate on your idea as much as possible and use correct grammar so reading your post is as fluent as possible. The idea is there but would change the server in a big way.

I agree with RemoteFX, as this is a big idea and if it was accepted it would take a lot of time to be added to the server you should put a lot of detail. You would not just have 9 lines of text.

Also, why would you ask for something because you made a suggestion for the server it doesn't really work like that.

A new city might be a good idea because a lot of land is owned by the top players, but corrupt criminal city is a bad idea. Make it in the wild if you want with your own materials, but it will get griefed if found.

I agree with you because, having a criminal city nothing would really go well. Than, all of the players owning the top land is so annoying because, we can't buy really anything.
