ok so this item would be a rare, valuable scroll. It would remove one random scroll from your item of choice if you used it. It would have the same basic working technique as every other scroll in mccities.

This item would be unique as it would allow you to remove a random scroll from your weapon, but it'd also be risky taking it off, just in case you don't get lucky. This would allow it to not be straight up overpowered...

Thats kind of pointless, why would u put a scroll and remove it. Think before you act. Well Ik a bunch of noob players who have like tier 1 scrolls on super good weapons. I mean like they sell it with the tier 1 scrolls wtf, that wont do anything and actually decreases the price value

Exactly why this scroll would be good. If you kept a bunch of these scrolls stocked up and then bought a weapon like that, you could easily make it worth double.

1. This is a good idea

2. Mythic's should be used as back up weapons because if you want to buy a axe Sharpness V an Unbreaking and Smite and Bang of arthropods is all you really need and get as many hits in. Mythics, on the other hand, do give blindness and stuff like that but still.
