Sre4 On Forsake After Gracieful Sold To Me

Hello everyone. I bought Sre4 from Gracieful for $900,000 today and 1 hour later it went on forsake for 410,000 which is the price gracie got it for. I Had to rebuy it for 410k which is what the house was actually worth so now I have spent $1,310,000 on this house and I should be given the 410k back as it went forsale while I owned it even tho I didn't put it on forsale. This has happened before so please help! Thanks a ton. Fvhn was there to help me as well.
