Its nearly impossible to get a house and its really expensive so I think the staff and trusted peolpe should be in charge of making more plots (empty) so its easier and better to get a house

Sorry to say, but this post has been made a bloody billion times. Go read some recent posts, it's too complicated to explain.
I would argue that it has been happening for up to 6 months actually.
The problem has been going on for over 6 months, but most forums posts surrounding this topic have been booming for the last 1-2 months.
Tho i sold a 600k house, its smaller than 20x20 and I had two people killing for it, they really and badly wanted it
god o.o those people prob are never gonna get there money back sadly xD
they were addicted to the house, it was at like a 300k bid then they kept going on and on. they seem to really like it
Yea, there are actually so many plot, but with inactive players and hoarders (Me), it makes it seem as if there are no houses for sale tbh..We have lots of houses, just not enough players with lots willing to sell
Ask players who own houses if they are selling them! most of the cheaper areas of town have houses that are really ugly which makes it so hard for me to find a good house to live at.
You can easily buy the plots and get creative transfers on them if they're really ugly *Cough* some of the plots I own
most of the houses I see in the older neighborhoods are ugly in my opinion and a lot of them haven't been on in 40 days D:
