lost my bank balance but i had insurance

what i was doing: i was farming and sold the crops
checked my balance and bank and all the money was gone it was about 120k or more this happened today i came on about 2 o clock in Britain time and i was checking if i have enough to buy a place and all the money was gone only 190 summit was left in the bank i asked staff they said make a bug report or forums
dont know if this is major for you lot but is for me dont know how to message nibble.

The time means 12-11-2017 like 11 being November 12th I think sry

I got the insurance I got the insurance on 15th or 16th I paid 1k from my bal

I can read it says 12-11-2017 10:54 which I presume is military time and says $190 the screenshot is really blurry so it's easier for me to zoom in on my iPad but may be blurry to some with eyesight problems or may be blurry just in general

When did you make your first deposit & when did you get the insurance?

I got the insurance 15th of this month at like 11 at night uk time
I deposited the money that same day can’t remember if I deposited the whole 120 summit k in there all at once but I had about 120k abit over can’t remember exactly and week before 10to 30k was taken even tho I have had insurance I have took another pic it says insurance finishes on 22Nd of this month
