Suggestion...

i suggest to add:
fight command so cops / player wont distrub the fight in 1 arena only and notification :
./fight friendly Player - request for fightning someone friendly
./Fight accept - accepting the request
./fight deny - cancel the request
./fight surrender - to surrender
./fight Watch - to watch someone fightning
also i suggest add more items for cops ... :
Baton - Stunning player for a while
Tazer - Stunning player in long time (wont able move)
Hand Cuff - To catch criminal and put it in jail
so police have to arrest someone with hand cuff only
and i suggest for prevent scamming
./trade player - request trade with anyone near 3 blocks
./trade accept - accept request trading
./trade deny - deny the request trading
for more realistic (if its interesting)
add phone for msg trought handphone , it would be more realistic (but also horrible)

Hand cuffs used to be a thing, they were super glitchy. I don't want them back, cops are op enough as it is.

Well you could add an system where cops can't jail in once, like have to stun and can only jail when you're stunned

theres already the /fight commands from Gangs, so maybe /duel challenge <player>, /duel accept <player>, /duel team <player>, /duel forfeit, /duel deny <player>

As a cop, I support this idea. This would make it so much easier to tell what is friendly and what isn't!!!
