Update log - 12/17/17

* Slimefun crafting for some of the Christmas items that previously didn't work should work now.
* Wither skeletons should properly drop their head when killed with sword of beheading now
* The plugin that was causing lag/crash has been readded with optimizations. Hats, /ptime, mining spawners with silk touch, etc should not be a problem anymore.
+ You can now break snow in regions that solely belong to the city.
+ That weird crafting some noob made @Coban

Most of this update will take place after the daily restart.

Finally, i was actually thinking about making a wither skull drop increase suggestion so thanks for that. But there is another big problem, sf machines are glitching like crazy.
