Pengy1803 Scammed me in a deal with an officiator watching the whole thing

Knowing the awful reputation of Pengy1803, I am deciding to sue Pengy1803 (otherwise known as @pengyy) for stealing my Spooky. I officiated it with @wisemanjp, so he saw the whole thing.
It is no secret that he doesn't have a good record with this kind of thing, but this is undeniable. Wiseman saw the whole thing, I have screenshots of him there, and he admitted to getting it. I am suing for my Spooky back AND his Halloween Hat that he owes me.

I am talking about Pengy1803, not Pengy2552. Pengy2552 is fine, but I heard Pengy1803 is @pengyy and I have heard from people he scammed, directly after I told people how he scammed me. ICanRekYouEz is the bad guy; not pengy2552.

all i gotta say is @pengyy is a really great person, now im not saying whatever happened here is alright... but who we are isnt defined by the last mistake we made, its about everything we do, both good and bad in total. <3 I know Pengy for being an amazing kind, and generous person, someone i look up to ^-^ i hope this gets sorted out well <3

ye ive has impersonation issues before, i would suggest trying to talk to the person first and making an announcement so people know and are aware that its not you. it can be hard to prove and stuff so ya ^-^ i would try that first!

Don't worry whenever he joins the server people start screaming that he's fake XD. In fact it wasn't even me who found out he was impersonating me, I think it was RobotKenny and Ltg_Flipper who messaged me on discord at 3am telling me there was a fake XD.
