Here's a diagram that shows bunny's expansion: As you can see, bunny did not triple, or even double, in size. I hope this clears that up.

If you asked to expand bunny, it sucks that your request was denied. Of course, it has nothing to do with sundae at all. You were the well-known old player; if there's anyone the rules would have been bent for, it would have been you. I'm a little skeptical that the owner wouldn't listen to you...
