These rooms cannot get regioned due to there being no corridor up the lift when viewing the apartments. There should be at least a 4x4 area in front of each apartment door. Regioning denied.

Try and make the roof & top of the house look more joined with the lower parts of the house. The wooden fences look a bit out of place at the top as well. Hire an architect if you need help building. Transfer denied.

The yellow concrete is very bright, perhaps try and change it to a more neutral tone. The roof is also quite large as modern houses are usually accepted in the city. Transfer denied.
