1) Nobody could even consider buying Captain for $70m, or even $50m. No single person has that kind of money, and I doubt a group of people buying together could scrape up enough money. 2) Please understand: set selling price. They cannot try selling "for a higher price than they bought it"...

I guess you could...but as I said, I prefer building in survival because I appreciate the effort more and end up liking the build more
