I do not believe this is needed, I think the decisions should be left to staff as the player base is not massive and this would just be another unneeded position.

To be fully honest I am not aware. The rank comes with time I believe if wait a few months to one year you will receive the tag but you also must remain active on the forums.

If people could get 10k every 10-15 minutes the economy would be in ruins.

To be fully honest slime fun armor takes away from the RP of the server more than it adds. Really people should own more guns/swords not OP sets of armor especially since it's supposed to be a city RP server.

The console would not know other players would be giving each other reputation.... And in no way would reputation be a currency..and why would or should you lose some reputation when giving some? I do not understand your point if you could explain further that would be great.
