well it depends if you enter it, plus it doesn't take long to tp to a plot and rate it

I think that you should be able to enter you apt or hotel building on the forums and then a mod will give it a star rating out of 5 like real life, it would tell people how good or bad the hotel is and help people decide where to rent ect, ect and to show it you could give the owner an official...
