Area shop doesn't have something like this currently and there isn't an api, but regions are based on world guard so this is possible, just would be a bit overly complicated.

The main island of Cayman is about 2048^2 blocks while it is surrounded by islands. I will probably release the maps for public use in the future.

I've been mapping cayman with 1 pxl = 1 chunk maps and you'd be surprised at the amount of unregioned, massacred islands. There are a few with build caches and some with random half complete builds like a hospital and the MCCA arena (not the one at newalexandria).
