Slimefun has an api, but this is just improbable because sound files are in different format than youtube videos. Even if this was to be done, it would take so so so so much time to do this because it would have to detect too many things and the lag would be enormous. I understand the appeal...

Like I said, Disease doesn't have an api so that is pretty much impossible. I do think that a fedora would be awesome, but effects in disease are impossible to do unless the dev or someone made an api for it and it is difficult to make an api for someone else's work.
