Imma just say this. Search up Virek's pasts threats on the topics and also read the comments. Many ideas have been give already. Just takes a lot of time to execute and to clear up a huge mess like the 1500 unrented apartments in the city :/

by that logic you would have to ban all rare items including event items

I do not, a talisman is the same as an halloween hat, only born in a different place. Keeping it rare is the best thing to do in the end (altough adding some more every now and then on auctions is acceptable)

Just adding that Rare items like these add another fun aspect to the server by allowing players to collect these items and gain advantages. Also these items are worth a lot of money but if you pay enough you are still able to get them What I am saying is that Talismans are one of the reasons...

tbh I think there should be more boats, they are waaaay to rare and inflated in worth but almost never sell. Maybe make the boats rentables instead so that they don't really make you money (2.5k rent a week lmao)

well I do think that giving official companies that have proven their worth a special, bigger and nicer place to sell is a very good idea, I hope tue new city makes places for the already beautiful build from Bean (rebuilding a smilar space would be wastefull, unless you need new feautures...
