Reasonable idea, but I don't see why you can't just test stuff in survival. Just ask a player who has made the stuff before about it if you need any questions answered.

Well, I understand the appeal of this, but selling them through signs would be too difficult to setup because each drop is different and just going by a lore feature doesn't work (you need exact info everytime); a new section in /scroll where you can exchange drops for xp seems better.

This is not in the correct format and the player will not get banned for this, and polls do not belong on Court Cases, Reports or Ban Appeals.

They do, but no one really uses them or sells them besides noobs who got the recipe from another player. They are virtually worthless because everyone knows the recipes. Weed and Steroids are a little harder to find, but are still not worth selling.

Well, Area Shop doesn't allow it. So a plugin for Area Shop would have to be developed for this. There is no permission for being able to tp to regions that are on reselling because others own them.
