Are the police here to take away money from players that don't obey the laws/rules at /warp police? Or are they here to protect us from each other? Can the police be hired to protect plots? Are there teams of officers that specialize in certain areas such as countering unlawful behavior, discord posting and criminal research? Are the officers ordered in 24/7? I mean, are teams of officers online 24/7 because they have specific timezones? Are there training programs held for the police officers?

Are the police trained in public speech and player versus player? What pvp tactics do the police use? Is being a police officer a full time fulfilling job that promises what it implies? Uhm, do police officers get their salaries from the tax that the players give? Where does the bail from jailing go? Does it go to the minister of security? Does the minister of security use her powers to secure the server? To protect the players from one another?

.Isn't the minister of security in charge of the police force? She has the power to increase the number of police officers, to prevent any inhumane deeds.. I think that the police force should spread out into 24/7
There are countless players that join mccities and quit because they are bored.. They should get educated properly and enlisted into the police force after Proving their worth. Well.. those who want to, ofcourse. Being able to come online for 1 hour or a given period of time each day should be required before becoming an officer. I haven't seen the police discord yet, but I am sure that they have criminal records? Priority lists? Spies that work hard to track down crimes and formulate plans to capture the culprits within 30 minutes? I really do hope that the police keep track of the criminal's arsenal of dark weaponry and underground connections.

? I hope that the police becomes strong enough to jail 6 players without distractions or getting hit, while using elytras mid air Why don't you have paperwork? Isn't it easier if someone does the office work? Do you.. research the weapons that criminals use? Is the in-game training that hide and seek thing? Do you need to do that again and again till you pass? Hmm.. is there a separate training gauntlet that teaches how to dodge blades and other armament?
- Police get killed not because they are weak, but because some criminals gain huge advantages over them. In some cases, police have to endure hits from players and sometimes, even from guns. Being a cop isn't easy
- (Police can only use elytras if the criminal is using them as well. The cop can use any advantages if the criminal is also using it)
- This server is roleplay, there's not really much paperwork done except for the sr officers writing licenses .
- Sometimes they do, they just do it in their mind and develop their skills as they go on.
- The ingame training varies from practising on jailing, using equipment, and gun practice
- There is no major exams or what-so-ever to be police. To apply to be a cop, you have to fill out an application form in forums, then the minister will decide whether you can be part of the team or not. Training will be given AFTER you've become a cop
- You can't dige blades, all depends on your pvp experience

Roleplay is basically taking on the identity or role of a person you might not otherwise be. I'd bet you 9/10 the people who are cops, architects or staff members don't have these kinds of jobs in real life. If you've ever gone onto a roleplay forum or the like, you'd see people taking on the identity of their own original characters, and acting like they would, or just being someone they look up to.

You play tennis with cops I hope, you shoot at a cop with your darkness 4 and slowness 4 bow into another gang member with the same thing, and you keep juggling the officer till he/she is dead
