In my time of playing Mccities, I've noticed a large number of guns being used in crimes. A little over half of these guns are licensed. I have come up with an idea to keep legal guns in the right hands. The suggestion: If someone uses a gun that's listed under a license the person owns, they get one strike. If a person gets more than three strikes, the gun license is revoked and the person may not buy another license for a week after the license is revoked. This would keep gun licenses out of the hands of people who intend to cause harm, and overall make the population safer.

I understand what you mean, but revoking licenses won't stop people using their guns. Players are not going to buy licenses anymore cause licenses won't be worth the money --> More crimes happen.

Only nubs use guns unless its a Gauss and a vet is bored. I've never had a gun license and have never been arrested for it because I'm cunning. Why would I need a gun license if I can get away with no having one? So this really isn't very applicable to a majority. Most people don't have a gun license or they bought one as a noob and its in a chest somewhere.
TBH ceil says that rifle is somehow a heavy license gun because of the puny grenade launcher, but I bought a medium license and didn't get arrested so...
