So this is a city server yes and it is like regular life but there is something missing a bank loan and morgages now if you were to make bank loans avalible people can get a house quicker yes but some people will say the loans will never get paid back well thats where the police system comes in you can track the loans and when the loans go unpaid or un touched for a serten amount of time you can arrest them and if it keeps happaning when they get out there is allways the ban option or the longer jail time just a thought that i would love to see.

This probably isn’t happening. It would cause hassle to get money back and it would mean people can rank up with no work, which is against the rules
I agree and plus maybe according to your /rep {cuz it rlly dosnt do anything} there is a max loan you could take. But of course you would have to be Citizen first.
I tried starting a bank almost a year ago and its just not possible as players. There needs to be server support and that was never really achieved. Also how can police enforce a digital interaction especially when the player doesn't have the money? The only enforcement possible is to see it as a scam and be tried through the court cases, but even that is time consuming and can come down to who's word is believed. Rarely could police "track down loans" because not only does that disclose a player's financial record, but a logging system would need to be implemented which is easily exploitable. The only plausible way loans could work is money transfer through a logger, a gui to input interest and dates when money will be removed from players balances and transferred to the loan issuer. Now because I have no doubt in my mind someone will be stupid enough to do this, I must point out there is a major flaw in this method; since there are 2 separate banks under vault, (balance and "bank"), someone can attempt to dodge a loan by transferring money between the two. Eventually this will amount to someone being forced to pay millions on a 100k loan which they probably won't be able to pay and I doubt kiri would like to implement a "payment plan" plugin. So really simply because of stupidity this is not really an option.
This is only possible in real life because you have something to lose if you fail to pay it back. It's not feasible in-game where people have throwaway accounts they can receive loans under.
I think it is a good idea but has a few holes that need to be filled. I've got some ideas.
1. Depending on the rank, you can only take out small loans, you can't take out ridiculous loans that makes it unfair.
2. You have to trade in a property and if you fail to pay back the loan in a week or so you will lose that property.
3. If you fail to pay you will also be on a book that auto updates warrants for failing to pay the loan which give's police the right to arrest u.
