If you want to leave eventually to go to another hospital I can give u a recommendation form so that the other place knows u r good

1st Years - $100-$250
2nd Years - $250-$400
3rd Years - $400-$550
4th Years - $550-$700 (Your patients will pay you directly instead of them paying me meaning more patients more money adding on to daily money)
5th Years - $700-$850 (Your patients will pay you directly instead of them paying me meaning more patients more money adding on to daily money) (You can take cases from 1st-3rd years as long as you don't abuse this (Taking every patient leaving none for 1st-3rd years (Causes demotion-fire)))

Very hard to find good medical roleplay. Interesting idea. Will apply to assist on my free time at your hospital. Hopefully all goes well.

I'm confused...
"Example: Year 1: $100-250"
$100-$250 per what?
I think it is mainly base pay or something. Maybe per appointment. I think it is like someone walks in and wants an appointment, then you see them and treat or consult whatever you're doing then you're paid off of what year you are. Example if a patient is complaining of pains in the ear, after diagnosing with a common ear infection, they pay her like $500 for the visit and then she pays you 150-250 off of the 500.
