1. I'm accusing @MagicalPanguin (In this case his alternate account @ThePanguin)

2. My claims are that MagicalPanguin logged onto an alternate account called ThePanguin and went through several of my apartment (hl-1) chest's taking the contents of the chests including 1 Gold Ore, 20 Emerald, 192 Redstone Dust, 37 diamonds, 20 cooked beef, 140 iron ingots, 101 Gold Ingots, 3 Iron Ore, 483 Ink Sac, and 510 cooked potatoes.

3. Some additional evidence I can provide is the chest logs from today and MagicalPanguin revealing that he had possed my loot at a certain point of time, then kills me using this as a way of bating me. An additional screenshot is provided showing members of his gang attempting to get me to walk into a pvp enabled area.

Hey so yeah , You said in a voice call in discord i could have what i wanted so i then proceeded to try to open a chest and the was a world protect thing saying i could'nt so i quote "Oh yeah let me just add you as a friend and you can take what you want whenever, im gonna unrent this soon anyways" i could not of taken anything without him adding me as a friend to the apartment,

I gave you permission to the chests back when we where still trusting each other. I have witnesses to the incident that can provide that I did not give you consent to take anything from my chests. For a good amount of time I had forgotten that you had access before the incident, though after the drama, I sought out to take your permissions away. I had taken your permissions away from all my plots accept on, which was (hl-1), the apartment that you took from. I have clear evidence of you taking items from my chests limited to my storage system. Additional witnesses include Epoxy Miner (Role Cop), she jailed @MagicalPanguin alt after the altercation, tping to me to witness ThePanguin taking items from my storage system. My chest's where only accessible to those that had permissions to my apartment, meaning that @MagicalPanguin had no reason to take from my storage other than to provoke nothing but harmful reasoning.

You gave me permission to have what i want as well as just saying that your chests were locked to the apartment i so called "Robbed". You did /as addfriend MagicalPanguin. Why would you do it in the first place if not for the reason of allowing those items? Why Lie about it? Whats the point because the fact of the matter is that you added me to your apartment because you said i could have the items. Why else would you of added me

I never gave you permission on your main account I had only given your alternate account (ThePanguin) permission to the apartment (hl-1). I had given your alternate account permission back when we were first furnishing the area. I had never given you permission to take from the chests on the right side, only on the left. My right side chest's had all of my personal values, that's why I had attempted to lock them with signs. You had logged onto your alternate account knowing that you had permissions to my apartment. Mad from the previous argument that had occurred, you logged onto your account (ThePanguin) and stole many of my personal values and food supplies. EpoxyMiner was luckily able to quickly teleport to me using /marry tp and jailed his account. I had never given him permission to take from my chests from the right, that's why I had divided the two areas with a locked door.

If there is no cleae evidence given you can't use it an argument. Provide screenshots about her saying you can take whatever you want @MagicalPanguin

i say i dont wish to pay because he told me i could take what i wanted and if this was not the case i wouldnt of been added to the apartment

Sadly no, I don't have any evidence stating that I asked him to stay limited to the left chests. I didn't say to MagicalPanguin at any point of time that he was able to take anything from my right chests. I allowed him the left ones, not the right ones.

The right chests clearly had been attempted to been locked, which demonstrates that Lnke did not want his things taken from then. in addition, even though you were added to the plot, it was a clear attempt to steal items from Lnke, and he did never consent to this being done.
Therefore, I am going to conclude that @MagicalPanguin taking the items from @Lnke's chests was done in a toxic and unlawful manner, so @MagicalPanguin please return the following items:
14 sugar
637 baked potatoes
20 emeralds
37 diamonds
101 gold ingots
3 iron ores
483 lapis
1 gold ore
192 redstone
20 cooked beef
140 iron ingots
OR
$75945

In addition, if @MagicalPanguin chooses to spam any staff member about this ruling then further action will be taken.
