Umm, sorry to tell you this, but VIP ranks expire every 2 months, that's why they are cheaper than usual. If you want to keep it all donate for the highest rank, it helps everyone out!

The VIP rank does expire. And if you don't have enough money to keep citizen rank then you will lose it
