This reminds me of something from another server. Unless the fires are random and automated *cough like another server* most fire fighters would never do their job.

Um... Lets think, would you like if something you spent 8 hours building and cost 100k to transfer burned down? I don't think this should be added unless House/Building Insurance is added with it.

This would literally crash and burn (pun intended) if there was insurance because just think about apartments. You can't just set one floor on fire without setting the rest, and fire tick would have to be true. People could also go around setting things on fire which is a whole other thing to deal with.
Don't find it useful really.
