Gang fights and stuff

ok so as you may or may not know the gang plugin has a gang fights option thing but doesnt work because there is no set battlefield so if one of these is made then it gives having a gang something to do occasionally and a way to find out who is strongest. Also the gang bank would be cool to re-implement so if one member is poor af (imms XD) he can withdraw a little from the bank and put it back in at a later date.

Last I checked it said there was no arena set to fight in so it wouldn't work but I'll try again

oh and ya know /radio :3 can u put the disks actually in game so you can put it in a dukebox and other players can hear it around that dukebox :3
