Hi so recently the new rule has come up and I have found my self needing to dispose of around 40 plots, so what I had in mind was to help players.

So I’m going to be giving plots away for free to smaller companies/bussiness to help them expand as I know I can’t sell 40 plots in a span of a month nor the money people offer would be too little for it, so I would rather give them away to help others.

Side note: I’m not only giving one plot, so a lot of smaller companies and some bigger companies (maybe) can apply

And how this plot I give can help the company: It would actually hurt me, but we have 2 major goals as HL grows, one being to create affordable housing for noobs. With some free or low cost plots we would design top notch homes and resell them to new players for around 20k in order to promote growth, confidence, and help grow the community.

Btw, I don’t even know half these companies, but I’ll leave it up to your self consciousness to decide whether your gonna actually use this plot for good, for your company or your making up fake stuff to get free plots, I’m just gonna give but it’s up to you, cause I’m trying to make a change, don’t use me.

I can start a family have fun and enjoy the server more. I dont need monney so I wont sell it and will just enjoy it! If its a broken house a good friend of mine can make a beautifull replacement so that would do good too!

Im sad for this server that most companies are realestate... as realestate is really bad for this server.
The argument is we fix up homes but you also sell it with 50k profit. This means people buy it and cant sell it again ..

We need to fix this problem just cant find the solution.. realtor should help new players to get a normal priced house and leave the overpriced houses put of the market. But nobody uses realtor for that...
