I think the Hospital should be renovated now that it has a purpose. I think they should also build it on a different plot for easier access for those who want to drive, maybe off a Highway in the east Part of city, still not far from Downtown, Maybe North of Maple. The renovated Hospital should be a place that players could at least spend a while in for role play not that it has a purpose.

A construction budget of $1.3 million with what will possibly take a multi million dollar plot. Maybe tear down the old Hospital plot and sell it.
It shouldn't be tall either as that wouldn't be too realistic. It should have maybe a little private like roadway and covered by trees sort of limiting sight of the building. It should not be larger than 4 stories and be curved and look similar to this one I found over the world wide web.
