House untransfered? Someone is getting money from my apts

I came online and I saw a47 the house I recently transferred was gone and replaced by the old house. I had 3 chest of food, toys, banners, i spent 6 hours editing the basement, and all of that is gone. Its very hard to understand but basically I bougt the plot with a red townhouse on it then I built a new townhouse thats modern and then the modern one was transferred. I moved into the modern one then came on and the old one replaced the modern one and all the heads I placed in survival were there. I litterly spent 6 hours fixing the basement is there anyway to reset the plot or compensation for what happened?

Next:

My ap region name is ap the landlord has been getting my money since I bought it! The landlord is ap-18.

In my opinion I think maybe whoever transferred it had second thoughts and thought it didnt fit city standards and role backed the plot. But I think its a mistake when whichever staff was doing it and was maybe transferring another plot but sccidentally clicked a button which rolebacked your plot. This is just my opinion but wouldnt you expect the heads and storage to be cleared anyways if you get a new build on it. Maybe try to attach the post of the completed transfer, ill actually just do it.

Lolz this post is soo old
