I can't do stuff in my own plot??

What you were doing before this occurred: waiting for the server to get back up from maintenance
What you've lost (Only if you lost something) or what happened: When i came back after the server underwent maintenance i noticed that it has the "Hey! Sorry but you can't use that here" message. even though i still own the plot. And that i can't open doors/chests or break/place blocks. I would take a more detailed screenshot of this occurrence but my minecraft somehow wouldn't load on the server and i keep crashing when i hit escape to pull out the menu.

Every time i try to reconnect, this red bar shows up and always stops at the exact same spot. and when it happens i cannot type in chat or do anything else except move around. i don't have issues when i load up the server on the laptop though. but this should explain why i couldn't get a more detailed screenshot. this shouldn't matter much anyways.
