Yeah i should be hired as official island manager lel, but maybe not cus im not active, just mostly on forums but, i keep aside some time to always view most of these islands weekly

Hello,

If you are reading this guide you probably want to know more about islands. There are many islands throughout the server, some owned by players and some that are part of the main cities (Cayman and Newcity). In order to purchase an island you need to acquire around 3-4 Million, and you must be able to find a player that is willing to sell you one.

We are going to start off with types of islands. You can see the categories below. (credits to @Death_Inferno360 for this list )

• Undeadland
• Bludhaven/Bunny
• Star-City
• Central-City
• Bob/Andesine Island
• Paradise_Island
• PepVille
• KremesVille
• Tucker77Island
• EnderIsland/Eisland

• Em-Mansion ( Technically the plot is a small island but its private )

Unregioned Islands/City, (part of Cities)

Well Made Islands

• Central-City/Bali
• Bunny (Still Being Further Expanded and Improved by Sundae22)

The unregioned islands that are part of the main cities were former islands, belonging to now inactive or banned players. Austrum Island is one of the largest islands on the server. The island was owned by the now banned Lemonss. Austrum Island is now worth around 12M.

Getting to the islands:

Many islands do not have warps to them. You either have to tp to a player who lives there or get there using a vehicle. Ender Island is just off the coast of Cayman ( warp fishing ) and takes 2 minutes by plane/helicopter and 5 by boat. Island warps may be added in the future, depending on the ruling of the staff team. Many players prefer to keep their islands private and will kill you on sight, so exercise caution on many islands.

Island Property:

Living on islands can be beneficial. Many criminals have hideouts as it is harder for policemen/woman to reach them. There are also large farms and new plots are made constantly. Ender Island is currently being extended by double its size!

I've been mapping cayman with 1 pxl = 1 chunk maps and you'd be surprised at the amount of unregioned, massacred islands. There are a few with build caches and some with random half complete builds like a hospital and the MCCA arena (not the one at newalexandria).

have the map of cayman, its pretty big, but newcity is small and still has lots of space for use. It has lots of mansions and huge plots unregioned.

can you explain to me what an unrefined area is? is this an area that can be purchased somehow?

The unrefined areas on an island belong solely to the island owner. Whether they choose to region them and sell them is entirely up to them and is not influenced by staff

Yeah its like saying you got a huge island, and you have the option to make tons of houses and region them or just keep the island like have no regioned plots on them.

It is, same with ai1 (Austrum Island 1), they are both technically islands.

Can we make a kingdom since its already medieval, I request maybe castle walls and maybe I can do some redsone gates. I can ask QueenMelone or Toryn to make a castle since theyre pretty good at it, hidden stuff underground. Hidden underwater submarine and underwater city, so we can basically double the prices as long as when staff regions it it dosent region whats beneath of the house. Maybe some farms, windmills, small outlying island guard posts for intruders. A Huge chest room Ill tell you later why. Not for things, not for stuff, not for valuables, not for sf food or anything like that. Not even bleach. It has to have Triple layered walls, that cant be glitched in just like the ones in oreo, black whit black. But I ask this to HIDE ALL THE STASH OF OREOS!!?!?!?!?!?!?
