joeboxer369 first falsely advertised a fake house on /ad to TP kill me, even though I had done no harm to him he then harassed me for about 20 minutes spamming me and blackmailing me into adding him as a friend to my apartment which he then started to steal and re lock all of my belongings.

Blackmailing, tp-killing and harassment are against the rules, meaning that you have to report them instead of making a court case.

If you want your report to be accepted you need valid proof: screenshots or a video.

Also there is a command /ignore <player>, if he is spamming you, you can just use it so you won't have to read his messages anymore.
