What you were doing before this occurred: I was pvping.
What you've lost (Only if you lost something) or what happened: I was pvping and my axe vanished from my hotbar and isn't in my inventory. This is the 3rd axe I've lost to this. It was a sharpness 5 stone axe with 4 slots (2 slots taken by darkness 3 and counter 3) I don't believe I could have dropped it, because my drop key isn't binded. So, I would have had to drag it out of my inventory.
Location: outside the bank, on the road.
