Lost my Coal generator

What you were doing before this occurred: My machines ware not working, so I mined my coal generator and placed it again. But it didn't help, and then I saw that the generator has changed into a head.

If you still got the head you can put it in a chest and make a bugreport. Sf machines break a lot and thats why higher staff replaces them. Be sure to give the cörds of the chest in the bugreport and it could take some time!
