What you were doing before this occurred: I had everything to craft two souls of afterlife so I could craft a soulbound sword, I put all the items in the ancient altar and noticed the item clean up was happening soon, so I took all the items out. All the items were renamed to things like 'ALTAR Probe - 17974992738874'. (Colours are accurate)

What you've lost (Only if you lost something): I haven't lost anything but all the items to craft 1 soul of afterlife (excluding the necrotic scroll) have been renamed so they are now useless.
