Packed Ice

From what I can tell, every naturally occurring block in the overworld can be obtained from stuff at the shop EXCEPT packed ice. Is there a reason for this? If not, I think it should be added to the shop. There is a certain slimefun device I want it for. If the reason there isn't packed ice is so that this device can't be built, that would count as a reason and I would understand that. But if you all are fine with this device, it seems silly that this nearly impossible to obtain block wouldn't be at the shop. Thanks,

Packed ice is a pain to get because you need to find an ice spikes biome (which I have) and it is essential for the nuclear reactor.

Its not that hard, first have a teleporter set in a ice spike biome after u find 1, just fly on your plane until you find 1 and then use a silk touch item to get it then boom. Second if packed ice were easy to get which woukd ruin the value and making it cheaper as it would be easier to get that material.

Ice spike biomes are generally rare.

One, Ice spikes biomes are EXTREMELY rare! Two, I agree that it would ruin the value of the entire reactor being hard to get
