Sorry to comment but it seems like a question in the wrong area tbh. You don't have to make a court case against someone when they make a loan with you for the purpose of keeping a record of it. Make sure you have evidence (screenshots/video) of the loan agreement and if they break the things promised in the contract then you can make a court case.
