If asked, I can provide UNFALSIFIED screenshots for the viewing of staff and the plaintiff only. I would also like to see this proof the defendant (@ridebuilder5) supposedly has in regards to this case. If he is unable to provide such proof, ie. Screenshots, then I would recommend his countersuit be thrown out. I would also like staff to take note that the defendant has threatened the Plaintiff in regards to both ingame and in real life situations.

I've locked this thread while staff deliberate. We will take into account the plantiff's (@Lateley) evidence and return with a verdict within a few days. I'm not sure how much the defendant (@ridebuilder5) has in assets (properties, money, items etc.) so it may take a while to calculate the amount that will be return.

Please be patient during this process.
