As you can see, he showed a working gun, the arrow shot is also proof it works.

Here he is trying to scam me and has also took my minigun.

He also left and never returned my 'minigun' back.

You cannot get banned for Scamming. (Apologies for posting without being mentioned)
You only face being sued, and/or balwipe. You probably could get to the point of being banned for scamming, but by then everyone would know you scam, and would steer clear of you.

What do you mean by that? Cause I thought this court case was about you scammed him with an old and broken gun. And thespyalex1 is asking you to refund his money or give him something else to compensate.

Also the auto-farming would be something to report. I would appreciate it if you would take out some time to do that, unless it was removed by GamerToby1 already. And I want to ask where the auto-farm was?
