Criminals should be able to rob actual stores & commercial enviroments; and if this happens, the business owner or whoever is there / in charge can report this to the cops and the cops can chase him and stuff.
It would be a realistic event and much suitable and better for a criminal realistic enviroment and for cops to be in a better duty and get more credit and would more fun.

Once again you are only suggesting ideas to make crime thrive. Those is much more impractical for newer players and business owners.

New players dont own stores nor commercial places. And buisiness owners should be in the server for some days at least to be honest, so they would know about this. And honestly, in real life this happens too but they report it to the police and with the court and jail system i have suggested it would be very useful and cool.
