Soo about 2-3 weeks ago I talked to my wife on Discord right after christmas, I asked my wife if she would agree to paying me her husband $250 each time she is online, she said "oki" meaning she agreed to that, when the agreement was made, only 2 payments out of 15 have been made. I have tried telling her that, she said "whatever" in game. This whole agreement took place in a dm on discord, the screenshot i can provide can't show the date it was first agreed on as it wouldn't fit the screen, but on January 8th, I dmed her again asking her if she remembers the agreement, she asked me "How long do i have to do this," I replied something like "uhh the whole time u and me play mccities" she said "Oki". She owes 5K in those payments that have not been made, and I would like to add 5K more for compensation for missing several payments. I am asking for 10K in return from late payments and the compensation. I also never thought i would have to sue my wife StarBunnyBae, but sadly this is me suing her

yes, i have a screenshot of the discord dm about me asking her if she remembers the agreement. (It doesnt directly look like it was a reminder, but it was a reminder)
