Yes I know that we just elected new staff, but now that our faithful owner Coban has left us, we need to give the server all we got. We need to push this server to the limit so we can be one of the best servers out there. I think that the amount of staff should be increased by at least 4-5, and I'm going to give a shoutout to the following people I'd highly recommend. @laggynab @knight3000 @Leroymooshoo312, and possibly @EnderPoop.
YES I KNOW, I recommended myself, and I know what you're thinking: "Why's he so special?" Yes, I have been a little hard in the past, but it has gotten better, and I realize that if something is going wrong with an argument that you are telling the truth on, just stay out of it and ignore the person. I also am pretty good at helping people with many plugins, and I try to help people such as @CoolBurger890 to do the right thing and get proof of what happened. I think that the new staff is chosen to fill in for leanne who became admin so this way nibble doesnt have to do 2x times the work and that izzie just works a little bit harder too.

Ikr we dont need new staff the staff team is pretty strong tbh 1 owner 2 jr admins and 2 sr mods and 1 mod with 7-8 helpers is quite a lot already. The server use to run with like 8 staff lol. This is a lot more than it was before. Also I wouldnt consider any of them as staff worthy. Laggy likes helping people but he dosent really wanna be staff. Hes like the most elegible candidate but he dosent wanna be he wants to help but he wants to help when he can. Dont force him into it, hes a helper in his own way. This is by far the most biassed thing i Saw, I honestly have seen much more elegible candidates than the 3 of you knight, leroy and ender. Im not saying your bad but there are so much better candidates and people who actually help out such as people like LavaFlake or QueenMelone they always try to help people out in chat. You got yourself into a lot of trouble and we dont care if you changed or what, you still act as annoying as ever. Based on the previous record you still act the same based from what I have seen recently. Ender is trying to change however at times he can still be reckless. Hes aiming for mostly police at the moment but He isnt really super active to be staff. knight3000 is fairly busy I saw him working on a lot of stuff in runnerboro as well as he is the chief of police. Besides this hes really quiet which Is one thing, staff have to always keep typing telling people what to do give them advice, warn them etc...

Some people who I actually saw changed were people like @AnonymousBro he use to be an insane annoyingly scrub noob kid who would trash around everywhere kill everyone and basically sware at times in /msg. But now hes a cop and he helps people now adays he isnt the same as before, I mean I miss his oldself but hes showed major improvement. I actually tried to convince him to go back to pvping but he was solid on being cop. He really showed change which was different from him a few months ago.

Laggynab dosent want to be. Knight is so so I guess. He dosent have any bad records for being quiet most of the time but ehh hes kinda busy with his police job and hes custom Roleplay government and building job

I dont get why people force laggy or try to in a way to make him staff. Honestly he is a staff in hi own way. Its a mere rank that dosent matter. So dosent mean every other player on this server are black hearted if he isnt staff. We just dont want the weight and pressure and obligation as one. We will help when we try to not forced upon us.

Honestly, recommending yourself is not going to get you far. You also need to be a bit more experienced in the server, and also (especially) very mature. Nibble and Coban (when he was owner) picked people who didn't care about the privileges. They picked people who genuinely wanted to help the server (and players) run.
