Case Closed REFLIXIS not paying loan

2. What are your claims/accusations? I gave him a loan on the 24th of August for 100k, and he was supposed to pay back 200k by August 2nd at 12 am. He has yet to pay me back. Due to the parameters of the loan, I would like 210k back (as I am allowed to sue him for the entire amount and more) and as per the loan, another 10k every day that he does not pay.
3. Any additional proof you can provide us?

You should not have taken the loan out of you knew you would've been out of town, this is incredibly reasonable.

You didn't give me all of the money back, which is why I sent it back so you could give me the entire amount you owed. You also did not completely spell out "sike" and froz said that it wouldn't invalidate the loan. I sent you the money and it took you a whole day to say that you didn't want the loan anymore.
