Well I got 500k and a skyscraper my first day.

You have to buy the plot and make the skyscrapers with rooms. Once that is done, you ask a Sr Mod + to region the rooms. Whenever someone rents a room for x weeks, you get that money straight into your /bal

I was Rich about one week in. But that was also about 3 crop prices away (wheat was something like $175 or $150 to sell). No skyscrapers for me though. I made a bakery and lived in part of it (I think it was NABRICK-17 or something).
