Reason for choosing Representative? The job description of Representative includes focusing more on foreign initiatives. I happen to own an island that can help with some of these island-to-island endeavors. Plus, my island doesn't have this sort of government (or any government, really) so there wouldn't be a conflict of interest. Our relationship has been shaky in the past, but I feel like I can really help Runnerboro and help turn it into one of the better islands. I'm also a supporter of the Runnerboro Constitution and most of the ideas and efforts being put into action.
What do you plan to do for this community?
I plan to help with multiple endeavors, such as communication, collaboration, and the organization of cool fundraisers. The money raised from large events (I'll share my many ideas if I get elected) can go towards naturalizing Runnerboro and investing back into the island.
What makes you better than other candidates?
I'm very experienced with real estate on the server and have made most of my money this way. I'd be great at setting plot prices and knowing what the people want to see on an island. I'm mainly concentrated on Bunny Island, but will gladly put aside lots of time to help Runnerboro. I'm also good at talking to people and negotiating business deals.

-There should be public transportation from Runnerboro to other islands
-Runnerboro should require a building permit to only allow the most qualified builders
-Main Street (Road closest to the PD) should be widened

Reason for choosing Representative? I have always been interested in politics and economy, now that i have the oppertunity to do both I can't let it slip through my hands. I am really interested in what this position can bring and what i will have to face as an Representative. I also wan't to Representate the people of runnerboro and show the other islands that everyone can make the server an better, greater place.
What do you plan to do for this community?
My three greatest goals are to bring roleplay more into the community, make sure that plot sales go well and that Runnerboro has his own stable community and economy. My Discord is CraftItCrazy#2820 so if you're more interested in my plans i can maybe describe them to you in greater depth.
What makes you better than other candidates?
I am a learner, I learn really quik and I want to learn. I wan't to step up and do my verry best to make Runnerboro even better then it already is! I am really dedicated to a position if I get it and I will spend much time and effort trying to do the best thing I can. Thats what I think makes me special.

Reason for choosing Representative?
I choose this position because I want to make Runnerboro a better place for all and with my experience buying and selling plots through my company knight3000 Construction LTD I feel that I can be a great addition to the team.
What do you plan to do for this community?
I plan to improve the community and make it a better place for all. I will do this by increasing the number of plots. While making it look nice and make people enjoy the city as well. And I will also help bring discussions to the table to help improve the city.
What makes you better than other candidates?
I feel that I would stand out from the others because of my experiences dealing with people ( as I amPolice Chief) And the fact that I am also a business man and and that I very experienced in buying and selling of properties. I am also own a few different plots in Runnerboro.

Time on server at time of application: For about 8 months, I joined around last day of February 2017.
Reason for choosing North Senator?
I chose to be the North Runnerboro Senator due to its not at all barren, but not that occupied, I would wanna help Runnerboro look nicer on the northern side of its residential area. Besides this, I have managed several islands and own a few and have managed them as well. Namely: Ender Island (eisland), Kremesville, Paradise Island (paradise_island) and undeadland. I constantly keep an eye on the ones ai manage and do so the same to Northern Area of Runnerboro to keep the place nice as well.
What do you plan to do for this community?
I plan to add more housing to the island, a museum, help redecorate an area incase they add the /warps for islands so I plan to make a /warp area neatly decorated for Runnerboro. It can also be used as its /as tp point just optional tho. I plan to add more buildings and rentable small shops on the streets to increase trade and commerce in Runnerboro. I have seen plenty of companies starting up their sell shops there so it would give a chance to people starting out with small bussiness to add sell some good in Runnerboro, since the streets of Runnerboro are quite busy with plenty of people living there. I plan to add a region specifically for Police, this region will only be used as a /as tp point for police ex: /as tp Runnerboro-Police, this will be merely used as a tp point for the current police officers of McCities to get to runnerboro if a criminal is hiding there, this may help the police officers in a way and a separate region to add police only on that region just as a tp point and to make the island look more realistic. Towards the beach area of Runnerboro, I plan to add some small boats or yachts in the water areas of Runnerboro. I have a lot more in mind which I addressed a lot when I ran for City Manager in the 4th of runnerboro, but I didn't win. I will try to add more ideas in the future, but this is what I recall for now.
What makes you better than other candidates?
What makes me stand out would be is that I already have experience with working with many islands, such as kremesville, eisland, undeadland. They aren't completely the nicest islands but some of them are under renovation in arch world like eisland. I can manage islands, and warn players who don't abide by city standards. I used to be the Secretary of State of Runnerboro who was in charge of island relations back then and I had quite a number of connections with most island owners. I hope to help make Runnerboro a nicer island for the residents and the public.
