I've come up with an idea that could solve a lot of problems, regarding court cases. Let's use this example.
Player 1 and Player 2 are married and live together. Player 1 owns the home and Player 2 is added. When Players 2 is offline, player 1 divorces player 2, and removes them from the property and takes all of their stuff. This leaves Player 2 essentially homeless and without any of their belongings. My idea is to allow people in situations like these to sue for their ownership of the home or for their belongings.
This could also be applied to debt also, e.g. if someone owes me 1m, I can sue them for a property equal to the value, if a contract is signed beforehand. I also like the idea of suing for an serially inactive player's properties, ( the player only comes on to renew their properties ) and for the right to claim a property on an island that is a total wreck, ( the player would have to be warned in advance )
