Below are the basics of what each candidate believes in and plans to do. If you reside in Cayman, Golden Oaks, or any island, your vote will be counted, however it is strongly encouraged that Runnerboro residents vote. It is also important to keep in mind that this election has the potential to effect the world as a whole no matter where you reside. Below is a creed that would define Federalizing Runnerboro. This bill will have to be signed by the Mayor in order to pass, or overthrown by a political majority.

How voting works: Voting is in a similar electoral fashion but not quite.
If you live in Runnerboro, your vote will count as 2. If you live anywhere else, your vote will count as 1 emphasizing once again, a method similar to the electoral college of the United States, but not quite. Below you will find the link to vote, which is done in a more state-of-the-art way by classifying each individual based upon the location of their in-game residence, this opens the opportunity for results to be released within 24 hours of the election end.

Reason for choosing President? I am the current President of Runnerboro and I have managed the government well and I hope I have the opportunity to continue to do so.
What do you plan to do for this community?
Achievements of this administration: achievements of the government under my administration includes the highest budget ever in the history of Runnerboro, first election regulation law passed, most bills introduced, new infrastructure, city standards enforced through communication with plot owners and staff, approved first federal judge, passed the first form of checks and balances, terraformed the island more than ever before, brought new markets and companies to Runnerboro, lowered taxes on small markets, new shop in Runnerboro with free clean slime fun energy, a national park, gas station, passed the first ever form of government officials benefits, added street lights on the road, passed the Economic relief and basic service act of 2017, got the the Runnerboro police station regioned, and even more. I have never felt more optimistic for the island. I as the president have introduced more bills to help the people than anyone else in the government, I delivered the first state of the union address to the government, and have filled the most vacancies in the government in the history of Runnerboro. I have signed more bills that were passed than any other president. If I get re-elected I will continue these wonderful things for the island of Runnerboro and will bring more events to Runnerboro, more markets, and continue to strengthen the government.

I have experience in government and how governments are ran. I have been in the Runnerboro government since this summer and won each election on a majority. I have accomplished many things in Runnerboro. As you have seen in the category above. I am great at time management which gives me plentiful time to work on Runnerboro and I know others who ran against me are having problems managing time to even help with Runnerboro.

Reason for choosing Vice President? I chose this position because I feel like president would be an extremely huge responsibility, and so is VP but at my school I am VP for student council and I’d love to bring that to MCCities. I’d love to help runnerboro by being the Vice President and I hope I could run in this election.
What do you plan to do for this community?
I plan to help the community with popularity and try to add more to it with permission. More activity on the island, like parks or something that other islands don’t have to make runnerboro more attractive. I plan to help the community with the amount of players by advertising daily to try to get more players at runnerboro.

What makes me stand out is how I am pretty active and am on when others aren’t. I’m responsible and will do what’s right for the island.

Reason for choosing Vice President? I choose this position because I feel that with my experience as North Governor I know what needs to be done in order to help strengthen our community. I also feel that I have what it takes to make the community of Runnerboro a great place for everyone, by listening to the community and having there input be heard.
What do you plan to do for this community?
I plan to continue my plan to revamp the roads in Runnerboro as I am doing currently. If you take a walk down Runnerboro you will see all of the new street lights and some new roads. These were just someone of the great things I was able to do to give back to the community. I used my own resources to help give back to the community. I feel that If I can continue helping Runnerboro it will benefit greatly.
What makes you better than other candidates?
I am also the Police Chief and the Current North Governor of Runnerboro so with my experiences helping people being police. Also being North Governor has given me some great experiences in the government that I can use for New Position

I will stop the crap stop whaiting and take action. Rb has been down for too long and we need to hold events, make nice buildings and more spots on the island to walk around and take a look. Make thr island more fun and attractive to live

I actually want to do something. I am ratical and take action into my own hands. I hope to have a great team and work together to actually make some needed changes. We can create something new I know it. I may be a little bit unexperienced but that gives me a fresh look at everything and a new start. My project for rb is called a new start and it will be the greatest project of rb!

Reason for choosing South Governor? Death told me people were searching someone for the south government and he gave me some info about it. It sounds awesome and he made me very interested.
What do you plan to do for this community?
My plan would be, to make a good-organised island. Because that's a wide answer, I'm going to explain. I've got an apartment building on rb. In my neighbourhood, its a big mess. Houses, and buildings next to each other. Most houses dont have a shape, and is just a box. In my opinion, they just don't fit surroundings/plot standards. That makes the island a bit messy. I would love to make the island 'great again', those are not the right words to use, i would actually prefer not-messy. I would also love to create some nice places on the island where people can relax and have a date . I'd like to organise some moments where people can meet each other and just have fun together. I know some of the builds that are on the island, are people's dream house/building. And i can understand if they won't change it, so it can fit standards. My new apt building on rb (will-1) just got transferred, and i was almost selling it, bc i didn't like the neighbourhood. I would love to help the people change their building, so rb would be a bit more organised.
What makes you better than other candidates?
I've got a friend of my dad irl who's and architect. They were building a whole new neighbourhood. I've been busy with buildings/houses/interior things for my whole life. They asked me, to make a little map, of how i would make it. They actually put some things in it that i made. I would love to become part of the south governor of rb bc i am in love with buildings, houses etc.

Reason for choosing South Governor? I would love to make runnerboro a great place since I have lots of friends on cities that despise of runnerboro and are always saying bad things about it, I want to make people think good of it and also help make the economy of it more balanced.

I plan to make runnerboro more fun by adding community events, make the prices of builds more balanced. Also I want to change everyones views on the place in general so they love the place and it's much better then any other islands.

I am really active, I have a sr police role which means that I am trusted with high positions, I have also been on the server for a while so I know lots about it.

Just ny opinion. And I am not going to act different because of the elections. But your sayong the people's choise. But when sundae was chosen over knight you gave him a job in the gov too. You gave yankeefan a position that doesn't even excist. You had a poll on taxes and it was clearly a 'no' and still you let the bill pass. You went in discussion with everyone on the bill stating to have to ask for permission for house transfers or editing the plot. Staff had to stop you.

It was the people’s choice. The people elected me and the people who voted to represent them in the island government. Runnerboro is doing much better now then ever before and I will work with you or anyone else if I get elected to continue to make the island prosper.

I am endorsing EnderPort for president, IIAriusII for Vice President, ItzJazzMade for North Governor and Sebastiaan072 for South Governor. I have worked with them in the past such as EnderPort we currently are almost done fixing his island which will soon be a private island with terrain etc..
I have worked with Arius not only on McCities but also on other servers once for a small build project which I dont know if we finished but I quit halfway. He is a dedicated person and loves building. He likes helping players and is a staff of McCities. He is also currently part of the Runnerboro Government. I highly encourage you to vote for him as he is very helpful and can bring so many new ideas to the table. Now for our North and South governor ItzJazzMade and Sebastiaan072. I have known them for quite a while, I have worked with them in small projects in the past but despite this Jazz was very exited and I think he shows much dedication and passion to running for a position in Runnerboro Government. He told me he didnt want to jump into the big roles so he wanted to start out somewhere and decided hed start our first as a governor. He is very open minded and he likes to help out. He is usually free and is willing to shows his full support for the runnerboro government. I recommend Sebastiaan072 to run as he is my good friend. I recently learned he owned a plot in Runnerboro and its really nice and well built as well. Besides him being a good builder I think he can bring so much to the government besides his building skills he is an active member of the police force and an active player. He likes helping people out and earning money. He is open to working with the other runnerboro government officials to make Runnerboro a better place.

I am only playing for 3 and a half months. I love economy and minecraft so this server was perfect for me. When I first joined the forums it was just around the time of the Runnerboro elections (You can check it, if you want too)
And I was already excited for it. I was thinking by myself. "I am going to join that election one day!"
And here I am!

I must be Honest, Runnerboro and it's goverment are not what I expected. Many rules, not that big of a island. Not that pretty too

"Then why am I running?"

Because I believe that I can make a change! I am not going to live by the limitation of North Governor! I am going to bring new and fresh Idea's to the goverment and proof to everyone that Runnerboro isn't lost.

I also think that there need to be a change in rules.
Gabriel wants to give the people a choice! Well let's give them a choice!

Here are some new rules I want to be added into the goverment and after that some of my plans for the island of Runnerboro!

-The Goverment may not give any position within the goverment to anyone without public elections. Anyone will be allowed to run in these elections and everyone may vote.
-The Goverment may not influence any election by giving monney, support or endore a candidate. It's the people's choice, not the goverments.
-If a new position is created within the goverment it has to have an active purpose and should be able to be kept in the goverment for a long time period. If not this position can not be created and no election can be held.

But afcourse thats just all boring stuff I want to do, and afcourse it's for the people, but the people want something they can actualy enjoy! So let's bring them some good Rb Experience!

-A new Public Park, as the old one is small and not used much.
-A Public Beach. With small food stores
-Better use for the Open Area's in Rb
-Active contact with plot owners and Activity on the Forums, In Game and Discord.
-Adding a harbour with ships (This is possible, as I know there is some space left wich we can fill with water and make some boats)
-Have more events and activities on the island!

Runnerboro is the only island who elects people to represent them on island affairs. Runnerboro is a representative democracy meaning the people elect reps to represent them in the government. One of the Presidents jobs as outlined in the Runnerboro checks and balance law is to appoint people to fill vacanies and then there is a vote that needs a 5/8 majority. The people have say in everything the government does as they elected represenatives they felt would best represent them in the government. This is why I am endorsing @legoprodigy for north governor he has the experiance to do this job as he is currently in the Runnerboro government.

One of the Presidents jobs as outlined in the Runnerboro checks and balance law is to appoint people to fill vacanies and then there is a vote that needs a 5/8 majority. The people have say in everything the government does as they elected represenatives they felt would best represent them in the government. This is why I am endorsing @legoprodigy for north governor he has the experiance to do this job as he is currently in the Runnerboro government.

After reading this 3 times. I don´t see that everything I said is being done in the goverment. As I know for sure I gave Idea´s you havn´t put in a Bill yet. I know about the New Deal, it was simular to one of My Idea´s so I didn´t put that one in on purpose. So I don´t see how I can have given an Idea that was in the New Deal.
My Program Is called a Fresh Start wich could be similar to the New Deal. I mean the names already give it away

I know that the 5/8 vote excists and only island and all that. Thats no new information to me. And You say that the people elect the person who representates them. But whats the whole purpose of chosing who's representating you if somebody else just gets into the goverment without a public voting?(I guess your argument was agianst that piont)

I also think Lego is a good candidate and I never underastemate my conccurents. But I think that everyone deserves a even chance and I believe that I can really make a change in Rb!

Problem with your plan is compared to the new deal bill is that the bill I introduced funds and takes care of its self. The bill was passed and is the law of the land. It has advanced Runnerboro and has created more space available for new projects in Runnerboro. We need bills that actually do things and these bills must have the necessary resources to back it. These bills have to develop through research etc so it will be a successful bill for Runnerboro.
