The evidence behind it wasn't the absurd amount of nether stars he had, I found his duping method & checked his logs to confirm that he was abusing the method. Regardless, closing this to prevent further disputes.

Sundae summed it up pretty well. You take the risk when giving a loan. The best we can do is return whatever they have if your loan is not returned, we're not going to bring in money to the economy from nowhere to refund people.
