In the ss it only shows that you wanted 1.1mil. It dosent show any indication that my client agreed to that price. Unless you have another ss where she agreed to that amount. She only apologized because she felt bad for you making that mistake.

We paid 500k out of good will. We are not willing to make a different deal. I think we did more than whats required.
