Architects on this server usually have a lot lower prices and if you want customers, lower is better ;) .. for example, Pixel Puppy used to (idk if still) charge 4k per hour of work. Price per block doesn't really work well since this is minecraft XD

Actually not bad, this could be in the forms of property tax that way the more plots you have the more tax you pay, encouraging players not to have too many plots. (This was not my idea)

I'm not exactly sure where this all came from either xD Gabriel and I have our differences, but we know (and make sure with each other) that it's just a game, but some people are taking it too seriously. I would advise anyone in both parties / newer ones to all have a 'peace treaty' for now...
